The Yale Center for Language Study (CLS)

The Center for Language Study plays an integral role in French instruction at Yale and contains a wealth of resources (films, sound recordings, SCOLA recordings, and other pedagogical materials) of help to the student of French. The CLS also offers a wide range of technological services, including technology-equipped classrooms, foreign language computing labs, multimedia materials development, and audio/video distribution. The Center is located at 212 York Street (in the cul-de-sac between the School of Art and Architecture and the School of Drama). More information may be found at the CLS web site.

Cultural Services of the French Embassy

Le Service Culturel de l'Ambassade de France sponsors many artistic and scholarly activities throughout the United States. The Cultural Services' website contains information about all of these activities and contains many useful links of interest to students of French arts and letters.
