Combined Degree Programs

For students interested in a fully integrated inter-disciplinary program the Department offers PhD combined degrees with three other departments and programs: African American Studies, Film and Media Studies and Renaissance Studies.

For more information in these combined PhD you should consult the Departments’ websites. Please note that the admissions criteria of both French and the other program must be met.

Additionally students interested in Medieval Studies can apply for the MPhil Fellowship in Medieval Studies.
